Because Italy is long state, there are some differences between the North and the South.
The South has a healthy diet. In general, we eat pasta with tomato sauce, cheese, vegetables. We eat a lot of different kinds of fishes, vegetables, fruit and a little quantity of meat. So at home I’ve a healthy diet, but in London I don’t have one. Here I eat a lot of fat, sweets and sauces, not much salad and fruit.
I love eating pasta, pizza, fruit, salad, cheese and sometimes fish and meat. In Sicily we’ve a lot of different kinds of sweets, my favourite sweets are cannolo with ricotta, ice cream, and so on.
I don’t like very much English breakfast, because I like eating sweet things at breakfast. In Italy, for breakfast I have milk, coffee, cereals, jam and bread. I don’t know porridge, but I’d like to try it.
Don't forget the Granita :D
