The weather in my country

I live in Sicily, in the south of Italy. In Italy the weather is rather different from the north to the south.
In the south, in winter the temperature is quite mild. It’s rain and sometimes we’ve heavy rain for a short time, with thunder and lightning and often hail. In winter it never snows.
In summer the weather is quite hot and dry, the temperature reaches 35-40 degrees. Because of it’s on the coast, often the weather is humid, but never foggy.
The weather in Sicily is more warm and more sunny than in London.
When the weather is sunny I feel better, but I also like when it’s raining in the winter and I can stay at home.

  1. I agree, Maria, sometimes it is really nice to stay home all warm and cosy, watching the rain outside!
